Testimonial for 44 Guernsey Drive in the City of Toronto
Our family contacted Anne through the internet and asked her to view our family home to make suggestions that she felt would make the home more saleable.
Following this, we later needed to sell our family home and contacted Anne again because she had spent time with us and we appreciated her advice and personal service.
We received a written evaluation on the home with a marketing proposal and we used her suggestions prior to listing the home.
Anne arranged for a home inspector to provide an inspection that was also accessed by buyers on the internet. Anne suggested that we have this done and we would prevent a conditional offer from being submitted.
Anne arranged for her virtual tour photographer to take photographs for marketing the home on the internet as well in brochure format. She also arranged for a floor plan company to do floor plans that were connected to the virtual tour and used in the brochure hand out.
Anne advertised our home with the winter exterior picture and also used a summer view showing the mature trees at the front.
She arranged and open house for agents and also had an illuminated for sale sign installed at the front.
Within the time frame allowed for offers there were several offers and we received an excellent offer of $73,000 over our asking price.
Our family is very pleased with Anne’s service and her professionalism and we would definitely recommend her for selling real estate in the west Toronto area.

Amazing that is certainly defines Anne.
My daughter found Anne on the internet and an email was sent that evening. Anne responded to the email within 12 hours, Very impressive!
My daughter lives in Stoney Creek and the condo we were buying privately was located in Burlington.
Anne went out of her way to help us by driving all the way to Burlington to meet my daughter and even presented our offer of purchase for the condo as the seller had no agent.
Anne then brought in a Stager to advise us on how to prepare our home for sale. Our home was filmed and photo shoot done and our home was posted on the internet to allow maximum real estate exposure. Then she arranged for an agents' open house to view our home.
The sign went up on our lawn July 18th and the sold sign went on July 25th. Our home sold in exactly one week!
Anne was always there to help, guide and encourage us in a time that was not only stressful for us but a definite life changing choice after living in a home for 45 years. She was always there to answer any question, any concerns. She even recommended a mover!

Anne Adams directed the campaigns to both sell and buy our properties. Anne is a professional in every sense of the word. We found her service to be everything that we expected and then some.
